Seaside Ballroom
Our largest event space, the Seaside Ballroom accommodates 180 guests. The room is delicate yet elegant, with rich fabrics, and hints of classic colonial architecture, yet easily transformed to make it your event. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light during the day, and provide views of the ocean and stunning property. French doors open to a terrace, perfect space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Seaside Terrace
The Seaside Terrace, adjacent to the Ballroom, is one of our outdoor events spaces. With plush seating on wicker furniture, the Terrace is a comfortable space to have a cocktail reception or light lunch, as you and your guests take in the fresh ocean breeze and the unparalleled ocean views.
Drawing Room
Rich in wood paneling, the Drawing Room is the ideal setting for smaller gathering, accommodating up to 60 guests. Whether is it is a pre-wedding get together, or a brunch for all your guests, the Drawing Room is sophisticated yet inviting. A spherical wall boasts large windows looking out to the pristine croquet court and the coastal landscape of the property.
Harbor Room
With wall and ceiling covered in rich dark wood, the Harbor Room resembles the interior of a yacht. This nautical inspired room provides an intimate setting for any event, whether a dinner with the wedding party or lunch with close family; the room comfortably seats 24 guests. With an adjacent private patio overlooking the putting green, incredible views are always just a few steps away at the Ocean House.
Ocean House Private Beach
Dreamed of getting married on the beach? The Ocean House is one of the few properties along the Atlantic shoreline where the exchanging of vows is possible. Our private, white sand beach accommodates up to 400 guests, whether it is for your wedding ceremony and reception, or a small rehearsal dinner under the stars.
South Lawn
The Ocean House South Lawn, set high over the Atlantic Ocean, is a unique setting for any of your wedding events. Bordering the hotel, the South Lawn can be set with seating and a garland draped altar for the ceremony, with the sea as your background, or with a majestic white tent for an outdoor reception.
